As a member, you earn points on every qualifying purchase and receive exclusive offers through email. Joining is free. Shop your favorites, feel the love, and get rewarded along the way. Your membership must be active at checkout for your points to count.

When checking out online, make sure you are signed in to your PatchAid account. If you are logged in, your qualifying purchases will automatically be credited to your membership and added to your points balance.

PatchAid membership benefits apply only to purchases made directly through patchaid.com. Purchases made through third-party sites do not qualify for points or rewards.

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent.

Log in and head to your Loyalty page to redeem your points for rewards. You can also use your points directly at checkout.

Log in to your account! Your points balance will be highlighted at the topof the page.

Yes—points will expire after one yearif there isn't any account activity. Just make a purchase or earn any new points to keep them active.

Rewards will not expire once they are activated in the account.

If you return a purchase, the points you earned for that purchase will be deductedfrom your account.

On your birthday! The only instance in which birthday points will be delayed until next year is if your birthday is within 1 day from the day you entered it. 

Unfortunately points cannot be redeemed on an order after the purchase has been completed.
