USPS Priority typically arrives in 1 to 3 business days. UPS or FedEx typically arrives in 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship them.

Next-day shipping is also available at checkout.

Shipping rates are based on your order total after all discounts and coupons have been applied. Free standard shipping applies to the contiguous U.S. and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.

P.O. boxes and military addresses

We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. Orders to these addresses are automatically routed through USPS.

Signature-required delivery

Some orders may require a signature upon delivery. This is determined by your order value and delivery address. Signature-required packages cannot be left unattended and must be signed for by an adult.

Waiver option: At checkout, you may have the option to waive the signature requirement. If you choose to waive your signature, the carrier will leave your package in a secure location or with a neighbor if no one is home.

Missed delivery attempts

If a signature-required delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will follow their standard redelivery process. This varies by carrier and may include leaving a notice, holding the package at a local facility, or scheduling a redelivery. Check your tracking details or contact the carrier directly for next steps.

International shipping

We ship worldwide to most countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import restrictions depending on your destination.

Your responsibility: It is your responsibility to make sure PatchAid products may be imported into your country. Some countries restrict or prohibit the importation of certain dietary supplement products. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order.

Customs and duties: International orders are subject to customs fees, import duties, and local taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs. Your carrier will provide details about any applicable charges.

Shipping timeframes: International orders typically take 10 to 21 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing times. Free international shipping is available for orders over $100.

  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    If your order has not shipped yet, contact customer service as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, the address cannot be changed.

  • What if my package is lost or tracking hasn't updated?

    If your tracking has not updated for several business days or your package appears lost, contact customer service with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and work toward a resolution.

  • Do you ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses?

    Yes. We ship to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO military addresses. These orders are automatically routed through USPS.

  • Can I cancel my order before it ships?

    Orders that have not yet shipped can usually be canceled. Contact customer service as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled and will need to follow the standard return process.

  • Why was my free shipping order charged shipping?

    Free standard shipping applies to orders over $39 in the contiguous United States after all discounts and coupons are applied. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or international destinations are not eligible for free standard shipping.

  • What carriers do you use?

    PatchAid uses USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is automatically selected based on the shipping address and service level. You cannot currently select a specific carrier at checkout.

Package not arrived or tracking stuck?

If your package appears stuck in transit or has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, contact customer service with your order number and we will help resolve it.
