Find answers to the most common patch questions.

Q: What is PatchAid?
Answer: PatchAid is the latest in nutritional supplements. Each patch contains a specially-formulated collection of vitamins, minerals, and/or other nutrients designed to promote health. The ingredients are suspended in a matrix, and are activated to mobilize when the patch is applied to your skin and exposed to the heat and moisture from your skin.
Q: How are PatchAid patches different than other patch brands?
Answer: At PatchAid, we support total health. We see the human body as the complex, interactive system that it is, with ever-changing components that affect each other. You can see this holistic philosophy reflected in our patches when you see that PatchAid patches contain more nutrients per patch than other brands.

Take a glance at almost any of our patches to see what we mean. Our Weight Loss Patch doesn’t just contain vitamin B-12 for energy-supporting healthy red blood cells, but also algae to reduce appetite and even bromelain to reduce muscle soreness from hard workouts. Similarly, our Carb Blocker Patch thoughtfully not only blocks carbs, but has lipase and protease to make sure fats and proteins are broken down properly in the body as carbs are blocked.

Another PatchAid difference is the value we deliver to our customers. Our patches come with clear backing for a clear reason: it works. Other brands come with a white paper backing that can stick to the patch and damage the patch when you try to peel off the backing. Our patches come with a clear patch designed specifically to make sure every patch is usable, every time.
Q: Can I use multiple patches at once?
Answer: Absolutely, PatchAid patches are designed for you to be able to use them together or separately. Many people wear 3-5 patches at once.
Q: How long do I wear the patch?
Answer: Our patches are designed to be worn up to 8 hours. Wearing the patches beyond 8 hours may cause adverse skin reaction.
Q: Will people be able to see my patch?
Answer: Only if you want! PatchAid patches are small so people may not notice them if they are exposed on your skin. However, if you want to be sure that people are not able to see your patches, just put them on a place on your skin that is covered with your clothes. Any clean, hair-free area works fine.
Q: Can everyone use PatchAid?
Answer: PatchAid is hypoallergenic and latex-free. Still, some people who are allergic or sensitive to skin adhesives may have a reaction to topical patches. If your skin becomes red, itchy, or uncomfortable when you apply PatchAid, discontinue use. As you should before using any new health product, you should get your doctor’s approval before using any PatchAid patches.
Q: I follow a healthy diet. Why would I still need vitamins?
Answer: There is absolutely no substitute for a healthy diet, but even the healthiest of diets ca still leave gaps. Are you sure you are getting your full requirements of 27 essential vitamins and minerals every single day? Do you need extra amounts of specific nutrients for your individual circumstances, such as iron if you are an active woman, or vitamin B12 if you have had gastric bypass or gastric sleeve weight loss surgery? Supplemental nutrients can relieve these worries.
Q: Can I use my patch at night?
Answer: Yes! You can use your PatchAid patches whenever you want. You can use them at night or during the day. You do not need to apply them at the same time each day, either; just remember to use one new one (of each type that you are using) in every 24-hour period.
Q: What if I exercise a lot or am quite active?
Answer: That’s great! You can still use your PatchAid patches whenever you want. They are designed to continue to stick to your skin even while you are moving around and sweating. We love active people, so we made sure to design PatchAid to support your healthy lifestyle.
Q: What are some advantages of a patch over pills?
Answer: When you use a patch, you do not need to worry about the discomfort of swallowing pills, or about possible reactions to gluten, sugar, or lactose that may be in pills. You also do not need to worry about taking your vitamins on a full or empty stomach, or about the gastrointestinal discomfort that can be a side effect of taking certain vitamin pills.
Q: What is your money-back guarantee?
Answer: We guarantee your satisfaction 100%! We stand behind the items we sell and believe you will love them as much as we do. If not, you can return your order according to the information in our return policy. Please contact hello@PatchAid.com for more information or assistance if you aren't satisfied.
Q: What is the shelf life and where is the expiration date found?
Answer: Shelf life of all patches is 2 years when stored correctly. You can find the expiration date of your patches on the back of the interior pouch.
Q: Where should I put the patch on my body?
Answer: Apply our patches on your body in a location with little or no hair. Your hip and shoulder are recommended locations. For best results, rotate the patch location, placing it on different parts of your body in a revolving cycle.
Q: What's the best way to store my patches?
Answer: Storing your patches is best done away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight. Avoid storing open patch packages in the bathroom. Some people choose to keep them in a sealed ziplock bag once the patches are opened.
Q: What if the patches bother my skin?
Answer: If you have skin sensitivity, try using baby oil or rubbing alcohol to remove the patch. If you still have an adverse skin reaction or redness, stop use and contact us at hello@PatchAid.com.
Q: Can I get my patch wet?
Answer: Our patches are not water-resistant. If water comes in contact with the patch it may strengthen the adhesive, making the patch difficult to remove. If patches are exposed to water, try using baby oil or rubbing alcohol for easier removal.
Q: Are the patches natural?
Answer: Our patches are made with hypo allergenic adhesive. This means that the tape is non-irritating to the human skin.
Q: Are vitamin patches safe for my children?
Answer: Please consult your doctor or health professional before using any of our patches on children.
