Yes, one of the four patches does. The Metabolism Plus Patch contains naturally occurring caffeine from Green Tea Extract. The Multivitamin, B12 Energy Plus, and Sleep Aid patches are caffeine-free.
How long do I wear each patch?
Up to 8 hours per patch. Wear the three daytime patches in the morning and the Sleep Aid Patch before bed, then remove and discard each one. There is no added benefit to wearing a patch longer than 8 hours.
Can I wear all the patches at the same time?
You can wear the three daytime patches together. The Sleep Aid Patch is meant for bedtime because it contains melatonin, which can cause drowsiness.
Can I use this pack with my medication?
Ask your healthcare provider first. The Sleep Aid Patch in particular should not be combined with certain medications; see the Caution section below.
