What Are Vitamin Patches?

Vitamin patches are topical wellness products worn on the skin for a set period of time. They offer a simple, pill-free format that can be easy to add to an established daily routine.

What makes a vitamin patch different?

A patch keeps its listed ingredients in an adhesive matrix while it is worn. Unlike capsules or tablets, there is no pill to swallow. Formulas vary, so the ingredient panel and product-specific directions matter.

How do you use one?

Apply the patch to clean, dry, hair-free skin. Press firmly, wear it for the time shown on the product label, then remove and discard it. Rotate placement daily and do not apply a patch to broken or irritated skin.

Choosing a PatchAid patch

Start with your routine and the ingredients you want to consider. Read the full product label and cautions. If you take medication, manage a health condition, or are pregnant or nursing, ask your healthcare provider before use.
