PatchAid Vitamin Packs

Mar 25, 2023 Alex Brecher

Which PatchAid Vitamin Patches should you use? It depends on your goals and needs, and here are two pieces of good news. First, it is okay to wear multiple patches at once, so you do not need to select just one patch to try to meet your needs. Second, PatchAid has a variety of Patch Packs, with hand-picked sets of patches for various purposes. Here is what you should know about Patch Packs.

Can I Wear Two Patches at Once?

A common question from customers is whether it is okay to wear multiple patches at once. The answer is a simple “yes” (as long as your healthcare provider agrees). PatchAid Patches are designed for you to be able to use up to eight patches at once. You can wear them at one time, or stagger them, such as wearing some during the day and some at night.

Specially Formulated Patch Packs

PatchAid has put together many different Patch Packs. They may have 2 to 4 or more different patches in them and are for specific health and nutrition goals.* For many people, it is easier to choose a Patch Pack than to select multiple PatchAid Vitamin Patches one by one.

How to Use PatchAid Patch Packs

After selecting a Patch Pack with your healthcare provider, or getting her approval, you can check to see if there are any other patches you may want to use. For example, a Multivitamin Plus Patch may be a natural addition for many people because it has a wide variety of essential vitamins and minerals.* Or, a symptom or condition-specific patch, such as the Migraine Relief Patch or Menopause Relief Patch, may be a good choice for you in addition to the Patch Pack you selected.

Then, you can apply the patches to your skin by peeling off the backing and sticking the adhesive part of the patch onto a clean, dry, and smooth area of skin. Leave each patch on for up to 8 hours before removing it. Repeat the next day with new patches.

Taking your vitamins can help you maintain normal levels of nutrients* and have other effects on your body,* but it can be hard to decide which ones to take because there are so many options. With PatchAid Vitamin Patches, it is okay to wear multiple patches at once. Plus, you can look through our selection of Patch Packs for hand-picked combinations of patches designed for certain goals. Ask your doctor which may be right for you and before using any dietary or nutritional supplement, as well as if you have any health concerns.
