Does the Stress & Mood Support Patch Pack contain caffeine?
The NAD+ Patch and the Anti-Aging Complete Patch are both caffeine-free and stimulant-free. The Sleep Aid Patch contains melatonin, which can cause drowsiness, so wear it before bed only. For the Relax & Unwind Patch, check the panel on the product label.
How many patches do you wear per day, and when?
Up to four per day: Relax & Unwind, NAD+, and Anti-Aging Complete during the day, and Sleep Aid before bed. Wear each patch up to 8 hours and rotate placement daily. Ask your healthcare provider before wearing more than one patch at the same time.
Do the patches in this pack share ingredients?
Yes. Two patches in this pack contain resveratrol: 150 mg in the NAD+ Patch and 1300 mg in the Anti-Aging Complete Patch, for 1450 mg combined if you wear both on the same day. Read the resveratrol warning in the Caution section below before wearing them together.
Can I use this pack with antidepressants, blood thinners, or sleep medication?
No, not without talking to your provider first. The Sleep Aid Patch contains L-tryptophan, and melatonin, and two patches in this pack contain resveratrol, which may affect blood clotting. The Anti-Aging Complete Patch also contains fish oil. Full details are in the Caution section below.
