Does the Super Mega Vitamin Patch Pack contain caffeine?
Two of the patches do. Each Slim Trim Patch contains approximately 100 mg of naturally occurring caffeine from green tea and cha de bugre, and the Metabolism Plus Patch contains naturally occurring caffeine from Green Tea Extract. The rest of the patches in the pack are caffeine-free.
How long do I wear each patch?
Up to 8 hours per patch. Wear daytime patches in the morning and the Sleep Aid Patch before bed, then remove and discard each one. There is no added benefit to wearing a patch longer than 8 hours.
Can I wear multiple patches at the same time?
Yes, it is fine to wear multiple PatchAid patches at a time. Wear only one berberine-containing patch at a time; in this pack, that is the Slim Trim Patch. The Sleep Aid Patch is meant for bedtime because it contains melatonin, which can cause drowsiness.
Can I use this pack with my medication?
Ask your healthcare provider first. Several patches in this pack contain ingredients that can matter with certain medications, including berberine, kelp, bromelain, and resveratrol; see the Caution section below.
