Does the Premium Metabolic Support Patch Pack contain caffeine?
Yes, in three of the five patches. The Metabolism Plus, Slim Trim, and Fasting Aid patches contain naturally occurring caffeine from green tea, with the Slim Trim Patch carrying approximately 100 mg per patch, about the same as a cup of coffee. The B12 Energy Plus and Nausea Relief patches are caffeine-free.
Can I wear all five patches at the same time?
Yes. Wear them together in the morning, or pick the ones you want on a given day. The Metabolism Plus, Slim Trim, and Fasting Aid patches each contain caffeine; if you are sensitive to caffeine, wear one of them at a time.
How long do you wear each patch?
Wear each patch on clean, dry skin for up to 8 hours, then remove and discard it. Rotate placement daily to keep skin comfortable.
Can I use this pack with my medication?
Ask your healthcare provider first. The Slim Trim Patch contains berberine, which can affect how the body processes many medications and may lower blood sugar, so do not use it with any blood sugar medication without your provider's guidance.
