It contains 20 mg of green tea extract, which naturally carries a small amount of caffeine. It contains no added caffeine or other stimulants.

The patch is worn on the skin and nothing is taken by mouth. Whether that is appropriate for your fast is a question for your religious authority, so ask before your fast begins.
How long do I wear the patch?
Up to 8 hours, once per day. Wearing it longer than 8 hours provides no additional benefit.
