Do not wear the Sleep Aid Patch and the MagniCalm Advanced Patch at the same time.
Both patches contain botanical ingredients: 75 mg in the Sleep Aid Patch and 25 mg in the MagniCalm Advanced Patch, 100 mg if both are worn in the same day. Wear them at separate times, and speak with your healthcare provider before using this pack if you take any medication. See the Caution section below.
Does the Dream & Unwind Pack contain caffeine?
No. All three patches are caffeine-free and contain no stimulants.
How long do you wear each patch?
Up to 8 hours, then remove and discard. Melatonin can cause drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery after applying the Sleep Aid Patch until you know how it affects you.
Can I use the Dream & Unwind Pack with my medication?
