How long do you wear the patches?
Up to 8 hours each per day, then remove and discard. Use one of each patch per day and rotate placement daily to keep skin comfortable.
Can I wear all four patches at the same time?
Yes. The pack is meant to be worn together, one of each per day. CoQ10 appears on two panels and magnesium on two, so check the panels if you want to know the combined amounts you are wearing.
