Shipping Times

At PatchAid we feel it is important to offer you super fast order processing, and super fast delivery.

We aim to get your vitamin patches to you as quickly as possible. Orders are normally shipped same day, as long as they're placed before 12:00 PM EST. You can expect USPS Priority to arrive 1 to 3 business days and UPS or FedEx to arrive 1 to 5 business days from the time we ship them. For even faster delivery, you can choose another shipment option at checkout, such as overnight. 

You can track your order after it ships by logging into your account at PatchAid.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping to the contiguous U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico) is FREE for orders over $39 after all discounts and coupons have been applied. Our standard shipping takes about 1 - 5 business days to arrive from the time the order is placed. The carrier (FedEx, USPS or UPS) will be automatically selected based on the shipping address.

For all other orders, we offer 1-5 Day expedited shipping for a flat rate of only $5.99.

Additionally, we offer FREE FedEx 2-business day expedited shipping for orders over $99 and only $9.99 for all other orders.

Please note that we only ship on business days and that only expedited orders placed before 12:00 pm ET on a business day will ship that same day. For example, an order placed with 1-business day shipping on Thursday at 4 pm ET will ship out the next day, Friday, and arrive the following Monday.

We ship to Canada, Australia and almost every country across the globe. Your cost of shipping is calculated at checkout. Free shipping is available for international orders over $100.

'Signature Required' Policy and Fees

In order to ensure that your PatchAid products are delivered and received safely, a signature at the time of delivery will be required on any orders of $200 or more. If you will not be home during the day to receive a signature required package, then we suggest that you opt to have the package delivered to your place of business.

Waiving the delivery signature

Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement per order, but it must be done before your item ships out. To do this, you will need to email customer service, prior to your shipment leaving our warehouse. A customer service representative will contact you back to confirm receipt of your request and the application of it to your order. You should be aware that if you choose this option that you are releasing PatchAid and the carrier from any responsibility for the package once it is dropped off at your door.

Important Note: Signature Requirements cannot be removed once the item is in transit. If you do not waive the signature prior to the order’s departure, then you will be responsible for all shipping fees in the return and reshipment of your item.

    International Shipments

    PatchAid proudly ships to Canada, Australia, and almost every country across the globe. We're committed to providing our international customers with fantastic rates and a range of shipping options to meet your needs. When shopping with us, your shipping costs and available options will be clearly displayed in your shopping cart before checkout, ensuring transparency and no surprises. It's important to note that free shipping is not available for international orders.

    Comprehensive Shipping Solutions with Passport and More

    To enhance our international shipping offerings, we have now included Passport as an option. Passport provides an all-inclusive service that covers all duties, taxes, and shipping fees upfront, eliminating any unexpected costs upon delivery of your order. This service is designed to simplify the customs process, making it a hassle-free choice for our customers.

    In addition to Passport, we offer a variety of other shipping methods. These options are tailored to provide flexibility, allowing you to choose based on your preferences for cost, delivery speed, and carrier. However, please be aware that apart from Passport, other shipping methods may not include customs duties, taxes, and fees. Customers are responsible for these additional charges, which can vary greatly by country.

    Customs and Importation Responsibilities

    Understanding your country's customs policies is crucial when ordering internationally. Customs regulations can significantly impact your order, potentially leading to high import duties, delivery delays, or returns. PatchAid cannot be held liable for any customs duties or taxes that arise from your local customs office, nor for any additional fees charged by local carriers. Our international shipping prices reflect the base shipping charge only, not including customs duties, taxes, and country-specific fees. As the customer, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the importation of nutritional supplements from the U.S. is allowed in your country.

    All international shipments will be charged postage costs calculated by weight and destination. We cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders as local customs inspections may cause delays beyond our control. However, we guarantee the level of service we ship your order with. For certain express shipments that are delayed past their guaranteed delivery times, you may be eligible for a full refund of shipping fees paid. If a package is returned to us due to an address error made by the customer, the customer refuses the package, or the items ordered are not allowed into the country by customs, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost billed to PatchAid for the return of the package.

    Currency, Payment, and Compliance

    All prices listed are in U.S. dollars. When you pay by credit card, your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement. As the importer of record, you must comply with all laws and regulations of your receiving country. Any fees charged to PatchAid due to non-compliance will be charged back to you. If items are returned due to compliance issues, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only, minus a restocking fee and any other charges incurred, such as quarantine fees, shipping fees, or warehousing fees assessed by customs in your country.
